open exit is a trade name of analytix consulting. analytix consulting is responsible for processing your personal data as described in this statement.

Which data do we process?

When you fill in the contact form, we process the data you enter yourself:

• your name
• your organisation (optional)
• your work email address
• your message (optional)
• your consent to processing as described in this statement

If you contact us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message.

What do we use this data for?

We use your data to respond to your question and, if you wish, to schedule an intake call. For newsletters or other marketing, we always ask for your separate consent first.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and taking steps at your request prior to a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your question, and after that for a maximum of 12 months after the last contact. If an engagement follows, we keep the data needed for our records for as long as the law requires, usually seven years.

Hosting and email

This website and our email are hosted by Strato AG, in data centres in Germany. Strato processes the data on our behalf.

With every visit, the web server records technical data such as your IP address, your browser and the time of the visit. Strato only stores the IP address in anonymised form. These server logs are needed for security and troubleshooting and remain available for a maximum of six weeks. Strato also keeps anonymised visitor statistics.

Cookies and tracking

This website works without cookies, analytics services or trackers. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server: your visit stays between you and us.

Sharing with others

We only share your data with parties needed to run this website and our email (Strato), and otherwise only when the law requires us to. We never sell your data.

Links to other websites

This website contains links to other websites, such as LinkedIn and official sources of the European Union and the Dutch government. The privacy policy of the respective party applies on those websites.

Security

The website is available over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data
• have incorrect data corrected
• have your data deleted
• restrict the processing
• object to the processing
• receive your data in a common format
• withdraw your consent at any time
